Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed and may be returned to the original payment method.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your Sybet account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet side. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds you deposit belong to you and are from a legitimate source. Sybet does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — for example, someone else's JazzCash or bank account. If a deposit is identified as coming from a third party, it will be returned and your account may be reviewed.
Note: Sybet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank — may apply their own transaction fees. These are outside Sybet's control and are your responsibility to check with your payment provider.
Withdrawal requests on Sybet are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority processing. Withdrawals are paid back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

Most bonuses on Sybet carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed clearly before you opt in. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game type are detailed in the specific bonus terms. Placing bets on games with 0% contribution will not progress your wagering requirement.
Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other form of bonus manipulation is strictly prohibited. Sybet uses monitoring tools to identify such activity. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and your account may be suspended.
All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry date is shown in your account's bonus section and on the offer page at the time of claiming.
Reminder: You can choose to decline a bonus before it is activated. If you prefer to make a deposit without a bonus attached, select the "No Bonus" option in the cashier. Once a bonus has been credited to your account and you have placed a bet, it cannot be removed.
Sybet offers sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and bingo. Each product category operates under its own specific rules in addition to these general Terms.
All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. For in-play betting, the odds update in real time and the odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply. Cricket — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — is a priority sport on Sybet. Results are settled based on the official result from the governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, Sybet's sports betting rules (available in the platform's help section) determine how bets are settled.
All casino and slot games on Sybet use certified random number generators. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. Results are final once a round is complete. If a game malfunctions during a round, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Live casino games are streamed in real time with human dealers. Once a bet is placed and the dealer has started the round, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Technical disconnections during a live game round are handled according to the platform's fair play policy — if the result was reached, it stands; if the round did not complete, the bet is voided.
Bingo tickets must be purchased before the game begins. Once the draw starts, purchased tickets are final. Prizes are distributed automatically by the system based on the results of the draw. Prize amounts are displayed in PKR before ticket purchase.
